Privacy Policy
Version 2, effective July 5, 2026
GrowDozer is operated by TPS Worldwide LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who processes it for us, and your choices.
1. Two kinds of people use GrowDozer
Our customers are the businesses that create GrowDozer accounts. For their account data, we decide how it is processed as described here.
Their customers are the people a business adds to its CRM, messages, books, invoices, or asks for reviews through GrowDozer. We process that information on the business's behalf and on its instructions. If a business messaged you through GrowDozer, that business controls your information; contact it directly, or reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not use their customers' data for our own marketing and we never sell it.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), business profile and Brand DNA, billing records, and usage records for metering. Content you create or upload: website content, posts, emails, images, media, forms, and the contacts you bring. Communications that flow through the platform: email and text message content, delivery status, call records, and, when the voice features are used, call recordings, voicemails, and transcripts. Technical data: IP address and browser information for security, abuse prevention, and consent records.
3. Cookies
We set three first-party cookies, all functional. We set no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
- sd_session: keeps you signed in to your account.
- sd_rep: remembers the referral code that brought you here, for 30 days, so the right salesperson gets credit.
- gd_member: keeps members signed in to a business's member area.
Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot check, may set its own functional cookie on pages where it runs.
4. AI processing
The AI features send relevant content (for example your business profile, website text, draft copy, contact first names, and conversation context) to third-party AI model providers, currently Google and Anthropic, to generate the output you asked for, and to media providers (fal, JSON2Video) for image and video generation. Under our API agreements with these providers, your content is not used to train their models. AI voice calls are processed by Retell. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Who processes data for us
We use these subprocessors to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, bot protection), Stripe (payments; we never see your full card number), Resend and Amazon SES (email delivery), Telnyx (text messaging and phone calls), Retell (AI phone receptionist), Google and Anthropic (AI text generation), fal and JSON2Video (AI image and video), and Zernio (social network publishing). Each receives only what its function needs.
6. Calls and recordings
When the phone features are used, calls may be recorded and voicemails and transcripts stored so the business can review them. Businesses are responsible for complying with call-recording consent laws in their state. Recordings live with the rest of the business's data and are deleted with the account.
7. SMS and mobile messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent, GrowDozer may send you text messages such as account notifications, appointment reminders, and updates related to the service you signed up for.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging, including your phone number and your opt-in consent, is used only to deliver the messages you asked for and is never shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not affect the other ways we communicate with you.
Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
8. How we use and share information
We use data to run, secure, meter, and improve the service, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations. We share it only with the subprocessors above, when the law requires it, or in a business transfer where this policy continues to apply. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. One click in your settings exports your data as JSON. Account deletion removes your data after a 7-day grace window, except records we are required to keep, such as billing records and text-message consent and opt-out records, which we retain as the law and carrier rules require.
10. Security
Data is isolated per business, encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), and protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.
11. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your account data from your settings at any time. Depending on your state (for example California), you may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing; we honor those rights and do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. To exercise any right, email support@growdozer.com; we will verify and respond as the law requires. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
12. Children
GrowDozer is a business tool for adults. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. If a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect. The version and date at the top always tell you what you are reading.
